**Renove Product Exchange and Return Policy**

At Renova, we are excited to join you on your journey to quality skincare. We want to ensure that your experience with our products is perfect, but if you need to exchange or return a product, we are here for you.

**Exchange Options:**

If you decide to exchange a product, you can do so by presenting the original invoice and as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. The warranty period for exchange is until the end of the warranty period specified at the time of purchase. The new product you choose will be equal in value to its price in the store on the day of the exchange.

**Return Procedures:**

If you choose to return a product, we can do so within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product has not been opened from its original packaging. The return will be made subject to the original invoice and the procedures of our company. For cash refunds, a deduction of 5% will apply according to the Refund Law.

**Cancellation of Transaction:**

According to the law, there is an option to cancel a transaction up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product, with a deduction of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100 - whichever is lower.

Please note: Our exchange policy applies to products that were sold in new and undamaged condition. In case of a need for an exchange due to a manufacturing defect or damage that was not caused by use, prior approval from the company is required.
